The District Councils are small groups of beings from their respective Districts that are in charge of the major decisions of their own Districts. The Head Councillors of each Council meet every month to discuss the happenings of their Districts. They are basically the nobility of the Haven.
Please note that your character has to be at least one hundred years old and has to be a pure blood to be on the council. And I would appreciate if you would think out the reason of why said character should be on the council. (Your chances of getting a council member will go up infinitely if you also provide a role play sample, but it isn't required.)
