YA DIVERSITY discussion

Hello readers! I just joined this group, and when I looked on the home page I noticed there was no little "get-to-know-you" discussion, and being the nerd I am, I decided to create one :) So in this little discussion, you can introduce yourself as a member of the group. Hobbies, favorites, hometown, anything you want to say. Feel free to leave any links to social media if you want ;)

First I want to take the time to thank Jade for creating this great group. Personally, I follow her on Instagram, and I love how she supports diversity and looking at her awesome feed. I hope I have as much fun in this group as I do on her Instagram page!

So....hi, I'm Sam! I identify as female, I'm currently starting my junior year in high school, and I live in New England (region of the United States). My favorite genres are contemporary, fantasy, and high fantasy. I'm a Netflix addict and spend most of the time I should be dedicating to reading to binge-watching shows :) Whoops. My current obsessions are Supernatural, We Should All Be Feminists, Harry Potter (lifelong obsession, I swear), peanut-butter ice cream, and dance. I can't wait to read books with y'all!

Hey Sam! Thank you so much for posting on the "get to know you section". I'm so happy that you're part of the bookclub and that I got to learn a little more about you! I'm extremely into Harry Potter. Do you have a favorite book in the series? And what house are you in?
