How to compare books:1. Go to your twin's profile and click "compare books"

2. In the top right corner, set the "common shelves" to "to read." If you or your partner keeps the TBR list somewhere other than the "to read" shelf, then you can use the two fields under that to compare books.

This should give you a neat list of everything you have in common.
Thanks for doing the matching up, Kara! :-) Sue and I are going to read Good on Paper by Rachel Cantor (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...).
Juliette and I have decided to read The Savage Song. We're both very interested in reading this book. :)
Diana and I are going to read The Goldfinch. Super excited and looking forward to reading this book with her.

Sabina and I are going to read The Little Paris Bookshop by Nina George or Vanity Fare by Megan Caldwell, depending on which comes in first at our libraries for both of us - or both, if we have the time!
Eliza and I will be reading A Thousand Splendid Suns (which works well since our book this month is The Kite Runner!).
Laura and I are going to read Never Never.I will try to because I will have to read it in my computer and I haaate reading in computers. But I can give a try to this book (:
Thanks, Leslie! If you don't hear, let us know. Maybe someone else didn't hear back from his or her twin, or I could pair with you. Either way, we'll make sure you can participate.
Alexxy and I haven't heard back from our twin , so we decided to read a book together. We have settled on :A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas.
Thanks for getting us hook up Jamie and I are all set just waiting for the book The Fifth Season (The Broken Earth, #1)Jemisin, N.K. *
Sherry and I have both finished reading Truthwitch. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. We really enjoyed the friendship in the book which was nice to see considering they were from different social classes. The plot was different to most other YA fantasies and flowed really nicely from one event to another. As a character, Safi has a long way to grow which we are really looking forward to seeing. Her character development seems to be the focus on the series which is good to see. She is just starting to see how she impacts the world and this is interesting to watch. Sherry and I both liked the romance in the book which develops naturally and was really cute to see unfold. This book hinted at a possible overarching plot for the series and it will be interesting to see how this develops in the next book in the series.
Laura and I weren't able to finish our book Never Never. She couldn't get into the story, but I kinda liked it, so I won't give up. I just need more time to finish it.
Sue and I both finished Good on Paper. We found it a bit slow going because a major aspect of the plot had to do with the female protagonist being a translator from the Italian and parallels between her current translating and Dante's Vita Nuova. So much Dante! And speaking for myself, I had to look up a ton of Jewish and Yiddish words -- the protagonist's boyfriend is a rabbi. If you're interested in Dante, or the nitty-gritty of translation, this is for you. :)
Dana and I finished The Age of Miracles. We both enjoyed it because it's very well-written. I rated it a little lower than Dana did because it's a fairly generic coming of age story: the apocalyptic part is glossed over. Dana is right that the language is beautiful and engaging, though-- it's an overall thumbs up from us.
Ozcose and I completed Six of crows and love it. We found that the novel was fast paced and exciting with characters that we were routing for.
My apologies for the late response. Taylor and I started our book - The Name of the Wind - a little over halfway through the month. She's 80% of the way through, and somehow I managed to finish on time.We both enjoy what we have read of the book. The Name of the Wind has even become one of my new favorite fantasy novels, and I don't know about my twin, but I plan to read the sequel.
