Have any of you ever tried a study group? Cuz if doing homework really bothers you that much, then working on it with a few close friends might help you get it done quicker. I always find that if I'm really struggiling with something, working in a small group always helps me get things done.

Have you tried study cards? Like writing a question on one side of a note card and then the answer on the other, then having someone quiz you (I suppose you could quiz yourself, however, I find it easier if someone else holds the note cards so that I'm not tempted to cheat). You could have a close school friend, or even a teacher or supervisor, to help you out. That's just one of my personal favorite study tecniques.
