The Hating Game

Someone had recommended Because of Miss Bridgerton. It is a historical romance but it was really good and I did not read any of the other books in the series.
I loved this book! I agree, the Neighbor from Hell has the best Love/Hate romances laced with humor.
I agree with the others who said Julie James! I just read Practice Makes Perfect by James and it's so similar to this book! The writing styles are really different but the storyline and dynamic is extremely close!
As i read some comments of the book on the page, someone mentioned Sarah Mayberry's works and i actually started reading them. She has a nice style and the humor part does resemble Sally's, most of the books are fun to read and for sure you'll enjoy some very hot and different sex scenes. So, Sarah Mayberry, is one good choice.

"YES!!!!!!!!"
I completely agree!!!!
As Maria said above, Anything You Can Do is a great read for fans of The Hating Game. I just finished reading it and really loved it! The novel stars Daisy and Lucas who's competitive dynamic rivals that of Josh and Lucy. I must say, The Hating Game is still my favorite, but Anything You Can Do is a close second! Another recommendation would be Happiness For Beginners. Really cute book. A little less of the enemy dynamic but there are quite a few moments that reminded me of scenes in The Hating Game!

Lucy Parker's also great with that style of witty banter, laugh out loud writing, and romantic tension. It's not quite the love-hate, but the Darcy-esque arrogant but lovable heroes pulls in a similar way.
It's hard to find a book that compares to this one. I've read and also DNF a lot of the ones listed here, and none of them are as good. Anything You Can Do...eh did not like it.
I’ve been searching for a book like The Hating Game since I’ve read it and so far nothing is quite as good (read Anything You Can Do and Practice Makes Perfect right after—both okay, the latter the better of the two). I will say, I recently discovered Colleen Hoover and her books have sort of filled the void that Sally Thorne left me with! Some themes are a little ~dark~ but some aren’t. I’d highly recommend Maybe, Someday if you’re looking for an angst-filled, slow burn sort of story with a unique plot twist. Open to other suggestions, too!

I will check my read list because I know I have some good ones that are *almost* as good. But not all are the enemies to lovers kind of story. Hopefully maybe there is something in here you'd enjoy.
I really recommend The Plan by Qwen Salsbury. This and The Hating Game are two of my favourite books

Thank you...I've tried reading Bet Me and didn't finish. The two Mariana one's you suggested are not my faves, but I like her Dear Aaron and From Lukov. I think I've tried Penny Reid and never finish. But I have been meaning to read Making Faces...thanks for the reminder!
Jojo wrote: "I really recommend The Plan by Qwen Salsbury. This and The Hating Game are two of my favourite books"Did you ever read The Plan when it was posted in real time? It was the best!
The Hating Game is my favourite book of all time, along side Waking Olivia (this one is kind of serious and the story is quite strong but they have a little of love/hate in the beginning) and The Allure of Dean Harper which are all in the category of Love/Hate kind of book! Love them! (The Foxe & the Hound is soooo good as well btw!)
Luckily it looks like we won't have to wait too much longer for another work by Sally Thorne! She released an excerpt from her new book, 99 Percent Mine: https://sallythornesource.tumblr.com/...
The Most Eligible Billionaire by Annika Martin really reminded me of the Hating Game. It maybe didn't make me laugh out loud quite as much but it was a great romantic read with a similar hate to love theme. I highly recommend!
If you're looking for the relationship aspect anything by Mariana Zapata would be great (My favorite is Wait for it
).And with a love/hate relationship
is pretty great.

Finished the first one and i loved it!! thanks for the rec. ;)
I just finished the Arrogant Devil and it was so good. Cute love story. Funny lovable heroine. Great hero. And it has the hat to love aspect we all love.
Uvi wrote: "I just finished the Arrogant Devil and it was so good. Cute love story. Funny lovable heroine. Great hero. And it has the hat to love aspect we all love."wow, i'm about to start this one today as well ^^ it's good that it keeps getting good reviews :)
Loved this book too. Bully by Penelope Douglas and tangled by Emma chase were similar in concept, and the writing didn't make me want to roll my eyes every 5 mins... plus they both have pretty decent sequels.
Hating You/Dating You by Christina Lauren is FANTASTIC and I have found Susan Mallery has a few good 'in charge girl finds the guy she wasn't looking for' type themed books (those are my fave... wishful thinking ;-P )
***Ain't She Sweet? by Suzanne Elizabeth Phillips (serious love/hate dynamic here)And the following two are a little less intense on the hate, but there is definitely some dislike here and definitely some love :)
*Natural Born Charmer by Suzanne Elizabeth Phillips
*Untie My Heart by Judith Ivory
These are old Harlequin books, but they stand the test of time for me. To Lasso a Lady
Dare to Kiss a Cowboy
both by Renee Roszel
These are pretty tame by today's standards but they're funny. (also cowboys though so steer clear if you don't like cowboys - used to be my thing, not so much anymore)
Karissa wrote: "I agree with the others who said Julie James! I just read Practice Makes Perfect by James and it's so similar to this book! Something About You is one of the best books I've read with the enemies to lover trope and the entire FBI/US Attorney series is AMAZING.
Albishka wrote: "Silence and Storm by Robert Thier"ohmygod yes. The entire series for the matter of fact. THE BEST THING EVER.
About a month ago I read a book that gave off serious The Hating Game vibes. It was called "You Deserve Each Other" by Sarah Hogan. The plot was very different - the two main characters are actually already engaged. But they have come to detest each other and are each trying to get the other to cave in and call off the wedding first, so it plays out a lot like The Hating Game, and the writing style is very similar. It's a lovers-to-enemies-to-lovers-again book.
I would recommend reading Love to Hate You by Jo Watson. It's also an office will they/won't they story, little different from the Hating Game, but a great read!
_Aelin Galathynius_ wrote: "99 percent mine?"No, unfortunately not! I dislike 99 percent mine as much as I love The Hating Game which is one of all time favorite feel good book.
i recommend Beach Read they have KIND OF a similar dynamic but also a super special one in their own way.
Read the Spanish Love Deception by Elena Armas!!! It is another enemies to lovers fake dating workplace romance that is slow burn but spicy and so worth it!!!!! Ranked it right next to the Hating Game.
