This topic is basically like another way to word "suggestions", but less specific. Instead of describing how to make this group better, describe how any group could be perfect. Use this template if you desire:

Members What would the members act like and how active would they be?
Notifications How often would members receive messages updating them on group progress?
Discussion balance Would there be equal amounts of chat and discussions relating to the topic of the group, or would one outweigh the other?
Polls How often would a new poll go up?
Challenges and Contests Would contests ever take place with teams, or would they be strictly individual?

Feel free to as many of these as you want, but keep in mind the more you answer, the more you will start to see improvements in the group. The questions in the template are just to get you thinking, so you can add on or ignore them if you desire.

Maybe it would be interesting to do team writing challenges , though they would be hard to arrange .

Yes, we would have to make a poll for your team and then make a list of everyone. Maybe when we get more members.
