Does anyone here read this series? It sounds good, but I don't know anyone who's read any of the books.

Betty (bettylouise54) | 582 comments Yes, I have read all of the Wind River Series. They can be read as a stand-alone, but I suggest starting at the first in the series to follow Father John and Vicky Holden and the Arapahoe Indians. My review of this book is on Goodreads and will be on my other sites Tuesday. If you like Tony Hillman you will like this series.

message 8: by Barb (new)

Barb Thanks, Betty, that helps :) I'll check to see if my library has the first book in the series.

I was fortunate to get an ARC of Home Melodie, it was a quick thrilling read. I liked it.

Betty (bettylouise54) | 582 comments I still have 5 to read most of them September 27. This last summer I had a lot o f problems getting the read by the released date. I have cut back my requests so it won't happen again. I realize that their is no commitment to do so , it's just pressure I put on myself. I reading THE CHRISTIE CURSE and enjoying it, very good.

I read it and I am not too sure about it. I have not read any of the Agatha Raisin books before this one, I did not like Agatha much. That coloured my perceptions I think. It was okay but only 3 Stars for me.
