Amanda (mandalynreads) I finished 2 books with a total of 98 pages. I wrote about it all here:
http://amandalynreads.blogspot.com/20...

Anne (ReadEatGameRepeat) I read The Andromeda Strain / The Terminal Man (together around 600 pages I think) and about 50 pages of sherlock.

Cate (The Professional Fangirl) (chaostheory08) I'll post a sort of wrap up later today. But over all, I think I was successful.

Cate (The Professional Fangirl) (chaostheory08) Here's my wrap-up... two hours later... together with a book haul post:

I got about 280 pages into Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman so only around a hundred more till I'm done! I also read 70 pages of Writing The Breakout Novel by Donald Maas, this book is very inspiring and realistic when it comes to writing novels and it will definitely be some of my inspiration for future videos on writing. Great job everyone! Already excited for next month's ^_^

Laetitia (lakaiser) I only managed to read Of Mice and Men since I had a pretty busy, adventure-filled weekend! So glad this group finally gave me the excuse to read this novella though, since it had been on my TBR list for ages.

The novella itself was good, Steinbeck really is the great story teller everybody says he is and I will definitely read other works by him in the future. However, the lack of developed, interesting female characters irked me. I always have trouble relating to a story that presents all women as either mother figures or whores... Still, a valuable experience though.

Amanda (mandalynreads) I finished Queen of Shadows (I had 40% left) and read 100 pages of Paper Towns.

I wrote about my process here: http://amandalynreads.blogspot.com/20...

Cate (The Professional Fangirl) (chaostheory08) Here's my wrap up for both the readathon and September:

I think I did well. Considering it wasn't at all "cozy" in LA and I watched a movie towards the end of yesterday. :)
