in a darwinist sense i can go with any of the formats.
i will always love paper and hard covers since i make em trophies once i finish.

All that being said, if our Fearless Leaders choose a book that I can't listen to, I'll make an effort on whatever format it exists on, but I make no promises :)
I'm of a mind to continue picking books easily available on all formats for a while. We have a fairly small group right now, and I don't want anyone who potentially wants to join in and be active to shy away because our current book pick isn't on their preferred medium. I know this means leaving out some books I REALLY want to read for the book club for a little while, but for now I think it's the best plan.
I'm personally ok with print and digital, but I really prefer digital for a lot of reasons. I still enjoy print books but try to only get print for things from my absolute favorite authors. This keeps me from living under a mountain of books. Which sounds awesome, actually. But this keeps my book hoarding a touch more manageable.

Sometimes we find a book we think would be really interesting/fun to read for the month, but it doesn't always have all of the formats available to it, so we have to skip it.
I know that with some of our members, they are exclusive to a certain format, like for example some people can only do audio books, or Kindle editions.
While it doesn't happen very often, we do run into certain books that don't have audio versions or Kindle editions...weird, right? The audio version I understand, but I was stumped when I found out certain older books don't have a Kindle/E-reader option!
So, what we'd like to know, is what formats do you guys typically use? Are you exclusive to only one type of medium?
We don't want to exclude or alienate anyone if we pick a book that cannot cater to everyone, so we're trying to get all of our ducks in a row.
If there's not a Kindle/E-reader version of a book, is that a deal breaker for anyone? What about if it's only digital? (I haven't run into that issue yet, but worth knowing).
Thanks for the input guys!
