I love the entire time when the Golden Trio are under the trap door in The Sorcerers Stone. More than just a scene, but I'm pretty sure it's contained in a chapter...
I really love the part in 7th book when Harry looks into Snape's memories in the pensive. I cried the first time i read it, and it've been more than a dozen time that i read that part and it still break my heart.

I like the scene where Hermione, "sobbing", "confesses" to Umbridge.
whoops really sorry i honestly didn't see that,in the fifth book i love the pranks fred and george pull of (especially the fireworks and the swamp) leading to their rather epic way to leave hogwarts :)
and when Professor McGonagall gives tips to Peeves.
I love all three of those!
