personally I did not like it. I it seemed very ... young. I'm not sure what you mean by "faze like thing" but there is SOME romance. the end was very disappointing, and the whole premise was very unrealistic, I couldn't even bring myself to pick up the next book.
OMG ITS ONE OF MY FAVORITE BOOKS!!!
Eve is basically a dystopian book with the touch of romance. In the beginning it was compelling and very worth reading but as the end neared, it felt kind of rushed. If you read a lot of dystopian, the world is fairly easy to get used too. I have not read the next book because the ending gives you a vague idea on what will happen and honestly I have more exciting books to read. Otherwise I liked it alright and it is worth checking out if you love dystopian books. Eve is also a very quick read so regardless on if it is good or not, you could probably read it in a day or two.
I've read the whole series and really liked it! Yes there's romance in it, and it is a nice one. If you like dystopian with a side of romance then I'd say give it a go ;)
Read it if you like a bland, passive, 'sweet' main character who isn't proactive and just meanders through a typical "escape from the evil government" story.
This was pretty good. I've read all three and yes, Eve is kind of passive, but she's also been raised that way. But she has her spunky moments and the characters around her influence her and infuriate her. She grows, though, into the future roll she'll play.
I think the Eve trilogy is worth your time!

It's really compelling at the beginning, drawing you into a sinister world and then carries on through almost a quest-like story for Eve to find a place to be safe. Perhaps Eve was a bit naive and she certainly did one or two stupid things but on the whole I think it was well worth reading- I personally enjoyed it. If you're not sure, get it from the library or read the first chapter or so on Amazon to see what you think of the writing style etc.
