If you learn to write, it makes the speaking part easier. Though it isn't necessary to learn to write. So its up to you guys how you wanna learn it.

let's break that down a bit..

aap = you
se = to
mil = meet
acha = good
laga = feel

That makes it easier. I'm slowly learning.

I am Waqar = Mein Waqar hoon.
Who are you? = Tum/Aap kon ho/hein? :p
What is this? = Ye kiya he?

Good Morning?..
The words for that are ... "Subah Bakhair"... but I have never heard anybody say it. We don't say good morning.

Subah = Morning
Bakhair = With good/goodness
