Do any of you Hopefuls like A Cappella music? I don't like most a cappella music because most of it is songs/genres I don't really like. I do like Pentatonix though, they are more pop than most a cappella groups and with only five members I find they can pack more emotion into one song than groups with 20 members. Yeah I wouldn't say I'm particularly into A Capella but after watching Scott and Mitch's YouTube channel I have listened to Pentatonix
I love singing and listening to A Capella! But I haven't heard of many bands besides Pentatonix that do it. I REALLY love Jon Cozart (Paint on YouTube).
I absolutely love a capella! I was in one of our a capella groups at my high school :) It's so cool to see how many sounds can be made by just one person. Even if you don't like the song, all the different sounds coming together is still mesmerizing!
I don't sing so I would never be able to do A Capella but I think it is so cool and beautiful how you can make a song with so many different sounds and stuff from only people's voices. :)
A few of my friends actually started the A Capella group at my school! They don't really have proper balance between the different vocal sections, but it's still really cool

@Erica That is cool you were in an a cappella group! I would really like to try it but I can't do much with my voice. I can sing lead and background and minimal noises but Mitch from Pentatonix can go higher than I can. That's saying something as I can go pretty high.
@Ashley we share our name! I agree completely about it being so beautiful.
@Darby Would you join it or would it put it more off balance or would you just rather not?
What's funny is i'm listening to Pentatonix right now on iTunes. I was looking at the events coming up for PTX and I saw their San Diego County Fair show and I was looking at the date and prices for tickets and stuff because I will be in Cali at the time so I was looking at stuff then I looked at my mom's calender and saw that it was the date that my mother was planning on us going to Disneyland. I told my mom and she asked me what time and all the info I was looking up so i'm just thinking Will she really let us leave Disney early or reschedule so I can go to my first concert?
