Scout (goodreadscomscout) | 3598 comments Well, I saw yesterday that the guy who brought up the subject of gluten says now that gluten isn't the problem. It's insoluble sugars. So maybe it's all in my head, or maybe sugars are the problem. I've cut them out, too. Refined sugar isn't a natural form of sugar.

The book Sweet Poison by David Gillespie makes interesting reading. He suggests that the biggest problem is fructose. I tried going off sugar for a while, but I like sweets, who am I trying to kid.

Erin *Proud Book Hoarder* (erinpaperbackstash) Yeah, I'd blame the refined sugar, don't think Gluten is the issue unless it's a specific sensitivity or allergy.
