Do you think the story is starting to pick up? Better world/character development yet??

I think the way in which this book is written from one character to another can get confusing at times.

Not knowing why she is immune to the plague is disappointing. I think Dr. Erland needs to just spit out his theories already. I also think he shouls have told Prince Kai the truth.

As for peace between Earth and Luna...I feel like Queen Levana will start a war, but I believe her niece Princess Selene may still be alive.

My favorite part: when Cinder returned home and let Adri have it! About time she stood up for herself.

I know! I loved it when she finally stood up for herself. And the rest of what you just said kinda makes sense by the end of chapter 20. The Doctor kinda explains it or at least gives good excuses/lies. I dont know if he should b trusted.

I don't trust the doctor something fishy about him. And ya the part when Adri got pissed of when Cinder came home was awesome. I had thought that maybe prince Kai would find out about Cinder and come to her rescue so that they wouldn't kill her. But I'm excited to find out what will happens next. I really wanna see how the part with the ball turns out.

I hadn't heard very much about the story going in. I feel like Cinder is going to be Queen Levana's niece, the one who apparently died. That way her romance with Kai would mean an alliance between the Lunar and Earth if they Queen dies. Isn't her niece next in line or something? Or maybe that's a character we'll meet later on. Loving this so far :)

I think Cinder might be Princess Selene! I might be really wrong there though
