Ok so i mainly made this because i know i need help, this year has been hell. and its mainly because of work but last week my brother died. unexpected and very traumatising. Ive taken to blaming myself which i know isn't right but i can't help it. anyone know anything to help?

i dont know what to say to cheer you up. every experience of grief differs between individuals.
