Liesbeth: thank you for your interest. Please note, that there is no pdf version of it, and I cannot send it through e-mail. I can share the .mobi version of the file through Google drive. The size is 200Mb. The .mobi file is something you can read with a Kindle reader (on a desktop pc, phone, tablet etc.). It's a full-color book, so you need a color display.

Please let me know if this is okay with you. If it is, I'll share the file with you, so you can download it.
