If you guys have Kindle Unlimited and want a good hot read then read this book. Trust me y'all will love it. And it's Free. If you don't have Kindle Unlimited it's only 99 cent.

Nick Iuppa | 10 comments Melissa, guess you know I'm a writer. Generally, I write horror or paranormal romance. I've been trying to write a book like this for quite a while, that's why I've read so many romance novels. This one looks about right for the audience I'm trying to reach. The cover, of course, does nothing for me. But I'll read it and see what kind of lessons I can learn. I'll keep you posted and let you know what I think.

It's not bad. It's a quick read. You might like it. The sex takes a while to get to. I'd say chapter 10, that's way too long to wait for something good if you catch my drift but still it's okay.

Right, but the question is how long do you wait to get to something good. Some people make a big deal out of the fact that it takes 100 pages before things get hot in 50 Shades. Should it come sooner? Like maybe in Chapter two, maybe even suggested in chapter 1?

Nick Iuppa | 10 comments Melisa:

Just wanted to say that I'm 90% through the book and think it's great. It took me a while to get into, with the changes in time and place, and all. The two different narrators work well and hearing the lovemaking described from two different points of view is very effective. (though maybe the voice of the two characters could have been a little more distinct.) Belle is my kind of girl, virgin or not. I think the crime story plot is a little thin, but who cares. As I say 90% through so I don't know how it will end, and the fact that I care about that is a very good sign. Thanks for the recommendation.

Loved the ending. I didn't think that it could work out that smoothly. I guess romance novels always have happy endings... but still, this was one of the better ones.

Well as you know I love FSOG series so that's one I would say or the Crossfire series or Beautiful Bastard.
