Book to Movie Adaptations discussion

I've been a huge fan of the Da Vinci Code series. I thought the first movie was alright but the movies afterwards became gradually more dull for some reason. There's a lot of hype on the upcoming movie Inferno so maybe this one will make up for the failure that was Angels & Demons.
