Bibliophilia discussion

Since we have members from many places, I thought it would be fun to share others from the places we live in now, or where we grew up.
I live in Toronto, and there are a lot of Canadian authors. My favourite author is Gabrielle Roy. Anne of Green Gables was written by Lucy Maud Montgomery, who wrote many more novels set in Prince Edward Island. Jane of Lantern Hill takes place on P.E.I. and in Toronto. A young author from Toronto, Emily St. John Mandel, wrote the science fiction novel Station Eleven.

Oh gosh, there are many Authors from the UK. We have J K Rowling....

Although I did come across Diane Setterfield the author of The Thirteenth Tale. I couldn't put that book down. And Louise Walters author of Mrs. Sinclair's Suitcase.

I've gone blank! I can't think of anymore. Where is google......
