I don't think there are many books about this, Cara. I think you found the only two.

It's a little bit different from your initial description, but you might be interested in (view spoiler)[ Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro? It's a mildly scifi book about a boarding school where children are raised to become organ donors once they reach a certain age. This is actually the big plot twist at the end. The children don't know what they are being raised for, and the main character gradually discovers it herself as she grows up. The author was recently awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature. I put the whole thing in spoilers because even just seeing the title in here might give away the twist! :)

Read it. The originality of it was that the kids KNEW that they were clones raised to be organs donors (they were told from an early age and therefore condition to accept it) and didn't try to fight their fate, just delay for awhile.
