If you don't know the game, it's simple - you start with a name and the following person has to choose a name of which the first name begins with the capital letter of the previous surname.
So, if I were to start with Ada Lovelace the next person could choose Lucia Galvani and the next Gail Hanson
I think it would only be right if we chose authors - perhaps other games could be set up for fictional characters, or book titles (although then you get into the argument of how you deal with titles that aren't two words...)
