In the book Let's Pretend This Never Happened, Jenny talks a lot about her high school experiences. In this, she talks about how she doesn't care what others think of her, and she doesn't care about whether she was popular or not. I think this could definitely be applied to my life, as I am in high school now and sometimes it gets to me what others think of me. In reality it doesn't matter at all what others think of you, or if your're considered popular or not because that isn't what defines you, your happiness or your success.
