When we did this challenge originally, several years ago, it was ONLY author new to you, but, well, many of us read so many books that finding a new author is difficult. Irene, read what you can, and don't sweat it if you can't do 10. Some of us have more time on our hands than others, or read faster, or listen to books on tape while commuting and have a LOT of commuting time. (I once spent 8 hours sitting on the highway on my way to work. There was a truly horrible accident that blocked both sides of the interstate and allowed no one on or off it. I'd have given my right arm that time for a book on tape. . . .)

Thanks for cheering me up :) I am glad nowadays it takes me only 40 minutes to get from home to work. I also remember once it took me 6 hours to get from work to home and I could have walked faster :(
