I love all the advice Nikolai was giving Alina on how to be a leader. I think he is good for her. I don't know how that is going to play out with Mal. I still like Mal and Alina together.

That whole situation in The Fold! Killing the Volcra. What! Why do they Volcra sound more human to her? How did she see The Darkling?
This section was not as action packed as the first, but I still loved it. I like how we got more into the story and learned more about the new characters. Especially the twins and Nikolai.
