Undeniable and Undiscovered Thrillers discussion

I just finished reading a debut book by K. Patrick Donoghue that I gave 5 stars to. The book is titled "Shadows of the Stone Benders' and is great entertainment. It combines sci-fi with murder mystery and does it in a masterful manner. The plot involves the death of a controversial archeologist that discovers proof of an ancient civilization that technological skills that would rival anything found in the modern world. The archeologist dies under what is considered an accident until a colleague is murdered trying to inform the archeologist's nephew and protagonist of the story. The investigation of the colleague's death is fused with the nephew's attempt to understand the nature and scope of his uncle's discovery. This author will be one we will be hearing from. The book is only available in paperback or ebook formant and is worth reading.
