"Your place is awesome! My house looks like a junk house compared to yours," Sader looked at Talia. "With the wires sticking out and everything. It's quite embarrassing actually, even though my family is all Technopath."
"Honestly, I think Technopathy is the coolest ability," Lia said. "I don't know why everyone else thinks it's lame."
Sader stared in shock. Did this girl actually say that she thought a Technopath was . . . cool? She did.
"You know everyone thinks differently about Technopathy?"
"You know everyone thinks differently about Technopathy?"
"Yes." Lia shrugged. "It's dumb. They all think Technopathy is stupid, but apparently they forgot that most if not all of the technology we have came from Technopaths. Like Imparters. Imparters wouldn't be a thing without Technopaths."
"Not really. Well I have been studying. But it's just one of those random thoughts that you have that blows your mind because it's a really good point." Lia chuckled and started twisting her hair, her embarrassed habit.
Sader laughed. "I know the feeling. It is true though, without Technopaths elves wouldn't have the tech they do now."
Lia nodded and smiled.
"Oh good you're home!" Lia's mom's voice called suddenly from the front door. "Oh! Who's you're friend?"
"Oh good you're home!" Lia's mom's voice called suddenly from the front door. "Oh! Who's you're friend?"
Lia shrugged. "I can't see her cause she's invisible but I'm assuming she's in front of the door."
"Wrong!" Lia's mom chirped, appearing just a few feet away from them.
"Wrong!" Lia's mom chirped, appearing just a few feet away from them.
"Thank you, dear! You can call me Chia." Lia's mom smiled brightly at Sader. It was clear where Talia got her cheeriness from.
Lia smiled at her mom. "Do you need me for anything?"
"Oh, no. You were just taking longer than usual to get home. I suppose I can see why now." Chia chuckled.
"Oh, no. You were just taking longer than usual to get home. I suppose I can see why now." Chia chuckled.
Sader laughed. "You have every reason to believe that I was deterring your daughter from home. I just thought I should walk her home."
"I'll do my best, if my family allows me to," Sader faced Talia and smiled. "Your daughter has been very kind to me and I hope to see he in the future."
"Well I hope to see you too, my knight in shining armour." Talia smiled back at him.
Chia looked back and forth between Sader and Lia and beamed. "Wonderful! Hunt is your last name?"

"Okay. Bye Sader." Lia grinned.
Chia bit her lip, trying to hide her smile and waved at him. "Have a good evening Mr. Hunt," she chirped.

"You too Miss Chia," Sader smiled at Talia. "You see you later!"
He held out his home crystal and let the light take him.
He held out his home crystal and let the light take him.
Chia waved until he was completely gone, then squealed. "I miss so much in a day!" She laughed and took Lia into the house.
