Here's where you match your human or dragon with another dragon or human, respectively.

NOTE: There are more humans than dragons! Please make a dragon for someone and have them make you a dragon. Or invite a friend to join to make yours and offer to make his or the like. Anyway, it won't be much fun if it's an academy full of humans and no dragons.

It's by choice, but usually done at a young age. I'd compare it to a wedding ceremony, but it's not really like that. It's like a ceremony to vow to be faithful for until one dies. Details, anyone?

Oh, no, I was planning to make him male. Looks-wise, I'm basing him off of the Hungarian Horntail from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

Awesome! I LOVE Harry Potter, so works for me :D Is it okay if we just assume they've been bonded for a while, but haven't talked much? After the war, Drake was paired with a dragon mandatoryily, to continue peace through the treaty. He never really had a good relationship with his bond, because he never really tried to get to know him. He was so adjusted to killing dragons, and now that they were suddenly so attached he didn't really know how to react.
