Monthly Recommendations discussion

For the end of the year, let's talk about the best new authors we discovered in 2016! These can be debut authors who first published a book this year, or previously published authors that you just now got around to reading for the first time. Your list can be all debuts, all authors you were behind on, or a mix of both. Recommend your favorite newly discovered authors of 2016 and the books that made you a fan.

Okay. Altough he's been writing for many years I just recently finished reading Ken Follet's "Fall of giants". This is the first book in a series of three called "The century trilogy" and is all about WW1. Really great read and I also learned quite a bit about the war.

I've only recently picked up a Leigh Bardugo book. I read the Six of Crows Duology and loved it. I really want to read her other series now.

Can't wait to do this!
