There were so many amazing quotes in this novel! Beverley Lee is just such a poetic author. What was your favorite quote?

My favorite quote was:

"She dreamed in grey, the colour of misery."

Almost done with this book, but am loving it so much!! I like that the Vampires, while friendlyish, are still creepy :) Not the overly friendly Cullen type vampire lol. I also felt really sad about the backstory for Aka Maga. I was hoping he'd just be an evil son of a b****, unfortunately his story is just so sad :/ Too bad he's evil now & they have to stop him, at least that's how I think it'll end. Still got 30 pages left!!

Glad you're enjoying my book, Ashley :) I always say that the villain is a hero in his own story. I like to blur the edges a bit!

Yes, I always love a good villain :) Almost done, but had to work all day yesterday, so didn't quite finish it. I'm excited though!! Also so cool that the author of a book responded to my comment!!

So it took me much longer than I thought it would what with school getting much more horrible as the semester has progressed towards finals, but I finished my review of your book!!! I really love it, have a couple criticisms as I do with pretty much any book I read. I don't think anyone can ever be perfect. But I am most definitely excited for the next installment in the series!!

No problemo!! And I do love that the author of this awesome book has been responding!! It makes me smile inside when I'm able to talk to authors :) Hopefully someday I'll have a book that is getting reviewed on goodreads!!
