Lucas Ballard | 9 comments Hey guys, I've tried to read a few e-books here and there. But every time I do after maybe a few pages I get really bad headaches... does anyone else have this problem?!?!

Kellie | 366 comments Sorry to hear you get headaches Lucas! I don't get any when I read my ebooks. Maybe changing your font size will help.

Nick German It happens to me if i read off an LCD screen (phone, tablet, pc)
but if i'm reading off e-ink and have a decent font size it doesn't bother me.

Kathy (littlemissred3) | 804 comments If you have a good font size it should help, but also, if you read for a long time on one it will give you headaches. I know that from experience.

Marie I use to get a headache once in awhile when I would read my kindle fire, then I discovered that I could change the background of my kindle pages from white to black. So I read with a black background and the words are in white. It makes it easier on my eyes. Also I have other color options available too. If I wanted to, I could read with the background being off-white, beige, or light green, but then the words are in black. I can also brighten or dim the background. The kindle fires are the ones that have this option. I don't know about other e-readers.
