I decided to make my own challenge, it's made up from bits of other challenges I've seen. It ended up having a lot of parts, but each book will be able to count for several at once.
A lot of it will be books I would read anyways, so it's pretty much just a way for me to "reward" myself by being able to cross them off the list :D
Link the the The Doodle Noodle Book Buffet Challenge here!

It helped me get through some of the unread pile in 2016...

Looking good, DP!"

That makes sense; then you'll have plenty of time to see what might work best for you in the coming year.
Best Wishes!!

When you say you need a different way to post it, what do you mean?
I would keep the list as you have it, but in it's own post, and then either strike through/check mark what you've done, put the title of the book that meets that criteria next to the category, or both.
Similar to what I did in this post.

I never received a notification about this post.
When you say you need a different way to post it..."
I mean there are so many lines, I don't want it here as it will take me ages to scroll to my other challenges...
A separate thread might be what I'm going to have to do.
Am I allowed to make several threads though?

When you say you need a different ..."
Sure, as long as they're clearly marked.

I might just do that then!
Also: damn, you're quick at replying :P"
LOL! My GR notifications come up on my phone which is sitting right in front of me.

That, my dear, is an awesome name!!! LOL

That, my dear, is an awesome name!!! LOL"
I know, right!? :D

The first main word needs to be the letter you are counting (except for those pesky Q, X AND Z titles where the word that starts with the challenge letter can be anywhere in the title)
Decided to count the total number of pages read (though I won't list all the books and the number of pages for each this time as that was a pain...)

Hee hee, just kidding. :P
I'm just glad I only track titles against the alphabet instead of making a challenge out of it. :D

The A-Z in 2016 encouraged me to read a lot of the books that have been lying on my kindle for ages :)

I've totally been meaning to read Last Rituals. I'm assuming you have. Was it any good?

Never heard of it... I assume its the same author?
I literally just went to the librarian and asked for a suggestion and she told me to get that one. I'd never even heard of the author before.
The one that I read was ok, the first half was good but it dragged on a bit at the end.
Double luck in that the author is from Iceland, and so ticked another box for the challenge :D

Everyone is reading circles around me."
I know that feeling, that was me most of last year....
