Remember, you may choose which task to complete. However, we would encourage you to complete different tasks each time you land on the same Theme Park square.
There are 18 tasks (over 3 different levels) per Theme Park:
Easy: tasks that may be easily completed from participant’s bookopoly shelf
Moderate: tasks that may require participants to look outside of bookopoly shelf or further afield
Hard: tasks that may require a rather intensive research to complete (or maybe not; this will depend on the individual)
The Listopia is a work in progress and all participants are encouraged to add to this list.
This thread is also open for further discussion on the topic of diversity.

Marie, please add it to the Diversity listopia so other people see it when they're hunting for a book to read for it.

I think Unwind will work for this:6. Prejudice: “preconceived, usually unfavorable, judgments toward people or a person because of their gender, beliefs, values, social class, age, disability, religion, sexuality, race/ethnicity, language, nationality, beauty, occupation, education, criminality or other personal characteristics.”
And if it doesn't, it fits the United Nations task. :)

It totally works! As soon as a person is an "Unwind" there is prejudice against them.
I finished Brown Girl Dreaming and I was blown away. It was amazing and really touched a part of me that I don't acknowledge often enough.
Would "Perfect Chemistry" work for Diversity? It is shelved as diversity for our monthly shelf this month. Here is the link to the book: Perfect Chemistry. From the summary it is about two people who are from different social economic classes.

Jayme, it depends on which task you're trying to fit this to? For theme parks, there is an option to choose from 18 tasks. If you review message 1 of this thread, all the tasks are set out there.
I see that it can fit a few so it's up to you which one you want to do. I hope this makes sense...
