((In light of Friday the 13th, Fangirl's and my secret Halloween event is coming early!))

Alabaster Graves stood on the docks, fiddling with his medallion as he watched a ship with red sails and a black hull appear on the horizon. A quick look through his telescope confirmed that this was indeed the Bloody Mary, as its flag bore a blood red skull with crossed roses on a sable field. He grinned as a raven flew toward him and landed on a wooden post. The sky blackened, the sea became an inky soup, and the moon turned blood red. A thick mist rolled in as far as the eye could see in every direction.

Zander walked onto the docks with Raven. "So what do you think our ship will look like Raven?" He asked looking at all the ship's around them.
Brandfyre looked at the docks from the deck of the Bloody Mary and then looked to his Captain. "Shall we dock, Captain? Or force him to come to us?" He asked, his wings folded and his arms relaxed and at his sides. He hated Alabaster for taking the medallion. He knew the crew had the same hatred for the man as he did, but he would not make a move or action without the order from Styx. After all, Brandfyre owed his life to the older vampire.
Styx stood with his arms behind his back. "As long as he holds that medallion, we hold no power over him. We must find other means." He looked his loyal first-mate in the eyes. "I trust you not to do anything foolish."
Brandfyre frowned and nodded. "Of course, Captain. I will follow your orders directly, as always." He said, bowing slightly to the captain. While their positions had shifted over the decades, Brandfyre still saw Styx as his master and felt himself as a servant to the vampire he owed so much to. And he would kill whoever dared attack, threaten, or speak of mutiny against Styx.
"Take the others with you. Find anyone who will join our cause and report to me." Styx replied without acknowledging Brandfyre's obedience. Frankly, he found his First Mate to be a sycophant, but he did his job well, and for that, Styx overlooked this fault.
Alabaster grinned. "Ah, yes! Zander and Raven. There be yer ship on the horizon! Don't worry about the crew. They shan't be an issue." He tucked the medallion back into his coat.
Brandfyre nodded and walked to the long boats, putting a coat on to hide his wings. Should many humans see them, it might cause an issue. Luckily, the evening mist was beginning to set it and would cloak most of their deeds well.Lazarus got two long boats down and began lowering the first one once Lazarus, Minerva, Rune, Magdelena, Ebony, and Sterling got in. Once they were down and off, he got in the second one with Cain and Craven. The two boats rowed to shore, both filled with hungry and very upset Vampires.
When the long boats reached the dock, Lazarus got out first and stood in front of Alabaster. "Alabaster, long time." He murmured.
Rune got out and silently helped his twin out of the boat as well. Both twins were wearing cloaks with the hoods up.
Ebony stood slightly behind Lazarus, a hand on the hilt of her sword. She wanted nothing more than to slit Alabaster's throat and rip that medallion from him. But she knew Lazarus would kill her for disobeying orders from Styx.
Zander looked at the people around him. He thought about what had he just got himself into. He put his hand on his sword and incase he need to draw. "Last time to hire me before I ship off then." He said sceptical of what was going on.
From the long boat, Sterling noticed Zander and Raven and pointed them out to Brandfyre. "What of the other mortals, Sir?" He held up an arm and the raven landed atop his gloved hand. He stroked its head affectionately and it let out a "Caw!"
Cain stalked around Alabaster like a caged tiger, malice in his eyes, while Craven loaded a bullet into his flintlock pistol. "Be a pity if I blew yer brains out, huh?" He pantomimed shooting the man, but didn't dare try.
Alabaster simply ignored them. As long as the medallion hung around his neck, he was untouchable. He addressed Zander calmly. "Do as you will."
Magdelena moved quietly to stand behind Rune and Minerva. Shadows and sorrow seemed to cling to her clothes.

Brandfyre frowned in disgust about the dumb raven and narrowed his eyes at Sterling. “Leave them be. For now.” He murmured, not wanting to cause a fight in case they were friends of Alabaster. He then glared at Cain and hissed slightly in warning. “Cain, remember your orders.” He snarled slightly. Minerva smirked mischievously under the shadow of her hood, looking at the two mortals with increasing interest. To her, they were two new toys and brains to pick apart and spit in.
Rune read his sister’s thoughts and inwardly smirked as well. The person he really wanted to ruin was Alabaster. He wanted to twist the man’s mind till it was so broken and warped he would be a breathing corpse.
Lazarus stood silently to the side, his arms crossed and his expression as cold and firm as stone. Ebony stood beside him, smirking slightly and she ran her fingers over her handle of her sword, itching to run someone through.
Brandfyre looked at Alabaster and frowned. “What do you want?” He asked firmly.
"Always so straight to the point." Alabaster said, drawing out his words. "I'm not really sure to be honest. But the boy here," He pointed to Zander. "He wants yer ship!"
Cain snarled as he was reprimanded, but did as he was told. Craven looked around boredly and holstered his gun. "This could take a while. Anyone want to hunt?"
Sterling let the raven go and stepped from the boat, his lanky limbs and tailored suit making him appear skeletal. "I could eat." He straightened his cravat.

Brandfyre tensed and narrowed his eyes at Zander and then Alabaster. "Then we have a problem, don't we? Because, well, the Bloody Mary is OUR ship. And if you think Captain Styx will give her up to a puny mortal, then you are very mistaken, Alabaster." He snarled, clenching his fists.Minerva smirked a bit, seeing Brandfyre so angry. She might stick around just to see if he for once disobeys Styx and attacks Alabaster. Rune was also slightly shocked by Brandfyre. But then again, Alabaster was basically saying remove Styx, which it wasn't surprising that angered Brandfyre. But when Craven mentioned hunting, he looked at Minerva, who nodded, and the twins followed Craven, Cain, and Sterling. Ebony accompanied them as well, but Lazarus stayed with Brandfyre in case Alabaster tried anything or used the Medallion.
Zander looked at Alabaster and drew his sword putting it against his throat. "I swear to the gods if you just set me up. You will have five minutes to run before I kill you." He said completely ready. He looked around at the people surrounding us. He had to start planning his attack.
((Craven suggested hunting.))
Magdelena decided to stay with Lazarus and Brandfyre while the others hunted. "I'll wait here."
Craven looked around the Port. "Should we go into the woods or see what the locals have to offer?"
Cain turned his head toward a cottage with a thatched roof and growled.
"Well, I agree with Cain for once." Sterling answered.

((Fixed it))Brandfyre tensed when the sword was drawn but smirked when it was by the mortal and against Alabaster. Maybe the mortal would do away with the thorn and solve their problems for good.
Ebony smirked and nodded. “It’s decided, then.” She said, walking towards the cottage. The twins followed silently, both their hoods still up. Neither had said a word since they had left the ship.
((Oh gosh i leave for one day and this is what happens. I'm so sorry i didn't reply sooner it's school holidays over here so i'm always so busy and don't have time to reply.))Raven stood back a bit before raising her bow pointing it Brandfyre. She had full trust that Zander could take care of Alabaster she didn't trust these other guys, who ever they were. Alabaster had just told them to give up their ship and she didn't know how they would react. Considering how close Zander was standing to them she didn't trust them not to pull their sword on him and to be honest she didn't want that. "Just tell us whats going on here!" She yelled to get everyone's attention. "Now let's not jump to conclusion." She said shooting Zander a quick look before looking back to Brandfyre. "But if no ones started explaining things soon i'm letting arrows fly!" She said and she meant it. She didn't care who they would hit all she would do is just try to avoid shooting Zander.
Brandfyre snarled slightly and glared at the girl aiming an arrow at him. Not that it would do much anyway but he still hated how a mortal was aiming a weapon at him. "What's going on is your friend Alabaster is a lying twisted thief. He stole something very valuable from us and we would like it back. And ever since he took it he thinks he can order us about and do whatever he likes. I don't care what he promised you, the Bloody Mary has always been and will always be our ship. End of discussion." He snapped, not caring that his canines showed.
Raven did notice something wrong with Brandfyre teeth but didn't think much of it. Her mind was to busy spinning and trying to sort out what was going on. Her glare sharpened as she turned to Alabaster. Her bow now pointed straight at him though she still kept an eye on Brandfyre. "Is what he's saying true." She snapped gesturing over to Brandfyre. "If it is i swear i'll kill you before Zander can." She hissed. Setting her up wasn't the best way to make friends with her and setting her up was what exactly what Alabaster had just done.
Zander kept his blade pointed at Alabaster as he back up along side Raven. He watched the others in their group so he could watch her back. He didn't know why but he didn't feel right around these people. Something about them set him off.
Raven kept her bow pointed at Alabaster as Zander moved to her side. She felt slightly betting know they were both more or less out of the firing line. Yet she had also seen a few of them walk off and knew they could easily surround them. Knowing for the moment Zander had her back she kept her focus on the two in fount of her. "You better get to explaining Alabaster because it doesn't take much for me to let go of this arrow." She hissed
((Sorry for my absence. I stayed up way too late last night watching the world's worst movie with my brother and his friend, then I had to get up for work and that took longer than it should have. Word to the wise: Never watch Trolls 2 under any circumstance. (Not to be confused with a sequel to the kid's animated film, Trolls. This movie is literally just called Trolls 2 even though there is no prequel, and is the only movie in Hell's video rental stores.)))
Alabaster pursed his lips into a thin smile, trying to give the illusion that he was at ease, though in all honesty, he was terrified. "This medallion bends the crew of the Bloody Mary to my will." He flashed the piece of metal for a brief second. "Now, you shall kill these brats." He pointed to Brandfyre.
Magdelena lifted her crossbow and aimed it at Raven. "It shall be done."

Magdelena lifted her crossbow and aimed it at Raven. "It shall be done."
Zander drew his pistol and aimed it at Magdelena. "Try me you bird brained b*tch." He said completely ready to start the blood bath. The first thing he was gonna do was push Raven out of the way if the crossbow went off.
Brandfyre frowned and snarled slightly, glaring at Alabaster but faced the two mortals. "It seems we have no choice." He growled. While he wasn't above killing mortals, he hated doing so under Alabaster's orders. Lazarus frowned and glared, taking a step towards the mortals, his arms no longer crossed as he prepared to attack. He wished someone could just kill Alabaster and get that horrid medallion back! It would solve their problems. But for now they bowed to it's will.
Ravens glare hardened as she found herself staring up the barrel of a crossbow. She heard Zander curse beside her before pulling out his gun and point it back at the girl who was pointing the crossbow at her. Her blood ran cold as she realized what Zander was thinking and there was no way she was letting him do that. At the end of the day she knew one of them would end up getting shot and there was no way she was letting it be him. She looked up at him briefly meeting his eyes. "I'm sorry for this, captain." She whispered before letting her arrow fly towards Alabaster. With that she turned jabbing her elbow into Zanders stomach and using all her strength to push him to the ground and out of the line of fire. ((This is the point of the role play where Raven gets shot.))
Zander looked at Raven as he feel. He turned his pistol toward Alabaster and quickly pulled the trigger. He needed to know that if Raven was hurt that Alabaster would be grievously wounded at the least.
Magdelena fired a crossbow bolt, shrouded herself in a cloud of shadow, and lunged at Zander. teeth bared as he fell.
Cain entered a house and roared, his pointed teeth flashing in the dull red candlelight. He shuddered violently, like a wet dog, his eyes flashed a pale white and clouded over. Screams echoed from inside, but quickly turned into horrible gurgling and gasping, then silence.
Craven walked into another where three people were working and placed his hands on his gunbelt. "I've six barrels and two bullets. That's two barrels a piece, and one to three odds your brains won't refurbish the carpets. So who goes first?" This was followed by screams and the sounds of gunshots.
Sterling walked slowly up to the doorstep of yet another home and knocked. When the door was opened by a young woman in a nightgown, Sterling asked politely. "Mind if I come in? I won't be but a second." Curiously, he was allowed entrance and the door closed behind him. More screams pierced the evening air.

((-Shrug- I'm wondering if these added characters are immortal, have plot armor, or are kill able. Also if Alabaster has plot armor from the arrow and the bullet flying at him.))
Had Alabaster taken one step in either direction, the arrows would have caught in his shoulders, but as he had no time to react, the musket-ball pierced his throat, exited out the back of his neck and lodged itself in the hull of a wooden ship. The old man fell to his knees and pulled the medallion from around his throat, tears streaming from his eyes and blood spilling from his mouth. He tried to throw it into the bay, but his arm went limp and it simply left his hand and fell to the wooden planks of the dock. His tongue gave one last thrust between his teeth and he fell on his face, never to wake again.
((Should be but apparently there's magic in this universe so there could be healing magic or the ability to revive someone from the dead. Dragon Ball logic.))
Zander quickly pulled his sword up to protect himself holding the blunt end against his hand with the sharp in pointing toward the beast that launched itself at him. He didn't know what happened to Raven but he had see the blood so he feared the worst.
Just as Brandfyre had been about to attack, Alabaster died and the control of the order broke. He stopped, his eyes widened. "Magdelena!" He shouted, wanting her to not attack the girl who might've freed them. He saw the Medallion on the dock and quickly picked it up, smirking. "We're done here. We have to get this back to the Captain." He said, looking at Zander and the girl. "You two, come with us. The Captain will want to speak you both." He said firmly. "Lazarus, go find the others. We're leaving." He ordered.Lazarus frowned and nodded, walking towards the scent of the others. He saw the two twins walking silently out of a house, their bags filled with something and blood surrounding their mouths. Ebony came out of a cottage nearby, her blades glistening with fresh crimson blood.
Zander looked at the people around him. He wasn't sure if he wanted to come with them but it felt like he didn't have a choice. He got up and looked at Raven. He put away his sword and ran over to make sure she was okay.
Magdelena stopped short and pulled herself away from Zander. She gestured toward Brandfyre. "Come on then." She said, sounding upset.
Cain came out of the house, his mouth dripping with red liquid and his shirt stained crimson. In his hand, he held a hunk of flesh, which he pulled a chunk off with his teeth.
Craven swaggered out and wiped his mouth with the back of his hand.
Sterling's suit was still spotless and he'd wiped his face and neck, as well as his hands. As he made his way to the Bloody Mary an owl flew out from the woods and landed on his shoulder. The two began to have what seemed to be a conversation of sorts.

((This is a very spooky RP. Good job. Sorry if you had a connection with Alabaster btw it just seemed like something that would happen. Now I'm worrying if Raven is alive or not.))
((Thank you! Fangirl was a huge help as always. I essentially just suggested the idea and found the pictures. She came up with all the plot elements. And as for Alabaster. I liked him, but he was meant to die. It's all good. :) ))
