Maybe I missed it but do we ever know what made Lilly fall in love with Harry's dad? It seems like he wasn't the nicest kid?

I see your point. JK didn't really elaborate on that... but Sirius and Remus did say that he matured by seventh year, what with becoming Head Boy. I love James though.
JAmes is awesome...i think they always liked each other (Lilly and JAmes)
I love James!!! And Lily is so perfect with him!
does love really ever make sense? people fall in love all the time when you wouldn't expect it.
