Passing on this info Mike from the sci-fi group: I finally found that short story about out-patient sex changes I mentioned at our meeting this week. It's "Options" by John Varley (1979). I reread it, and was astonished at how timely it feels all these decades later. (And he says) enjoy a well-deserved food coma on Turkey Day!!!
