Interesting! Some of these are really nice. I would not dream of starting a bookstagram because my personality doesn't allow me to go out of my way to please the world in general or even try to build a reputation with it, however, I would recommend this:

It's my friend and fellow doctor's bookstagram. I'm not even advertising for him because he isn't on Goodreads, but this is one of the most meticulous and quality bookstagram I've seen.
