Just went to target and picked up my book. Just marked my book with post it notes. Is the Sunday schedule right? Chapter 37 to 54? (17 chapters?)

Don't know about anyone else but I already love the Joker. I can tell he's a very witty and dark character ergo I love him.

Chapters aren't that long

I have to stop buying books! Ugh! Read one chapter and not feeling it. Will try to read next chapter. Haven't met the joker yet. All I got was she's a baker and there's a lemon tree.

Those first chapters had me craving lemon tart. I love how whimsy it is. It definitely reminds me of Alice in Wonderland.

This book is making me hungry. So far yes I really like the joker too! Trying to catch up a new job making it slightly harder to read.

How long does she talk about lemon tarts? I'm up to the red dress and how tight it is on her. Haven't met the joker yet. Man I read so slow!

I am really enjoying this! It's so fun, seeing all of the fairy tale and nursery rhyme characters mixed together.

Is this book making you hungry? I was craving lemons and actually made lemon bars for thanksgiving. Liking all the different fairy tales. I'm really reading slow though. Took me 5 days to read up to this part! I can blame thanksgiving though.

I am loving the Joker! I'm guessing this is an origin story like Wicked so I wonder if we'll be satisfied at the end. I had a hard time reading this week too and probably won't finish on time but I am loving this story!

I just got copy of book and started reading it, not sure either whether this one I will keep reading. as it seems like I already know the story line. common theme, beautiful nubile princess, mean mother going to wed her off to highest taker, when will her prince in shining armor show up and ride in to save her? bleh. I love the Chesire cat character.

I also love the metaphor of dreaming a lemon tree, winding around her bed. I do not like the focus on perfectionism.
