Yes it is. Funny how things stick in the brain. I have had that book since the 1960s.
Gary wrote: "Yes it is. Funny how things stick in the brain. I have had that book since the 1960s. "Believe me, I completely understand. I still have all the Nancy Drew classic yellow hardbacks, and tons of books from the other series. I do read a Nancy Drew every now and then when I can fit it in. Hmm, I feel an itch coming on to read some Nancy Drew. LOL

We assume so, but it could be styrofoam. I was looking for an excuse to start this series. Thanks Heather.

Just finished "The Dollhouse" by Fiona Davis. The dollhouse was the name given to the famed Barbizon Hotel in 1952. Book is not listed as a cozy mystery so not sure it counts.
Barbara wrote: "Just finished "The Dollhouse" by Fiona Davis. The dollhouse was the name given to the famed Barbizon Hotel in 1952. Book is not listed as a cozy mystery so not sure it counts."Books for these challenges do not necessarily have to be mysteries so non-cozies are fine.
I have this book on my Audible wish list. How did you like it, Barbara?
Thanks for asking Julesy....I liked it! I gave it 4 stars and I am stingy with stars! Alternates between present day and 1952. At first, I was just interested in the 1952 chapters and was trying to hurry the present day chapters. Story got to the point I liked both. I love mysteries and this had enough twists and turns to keep me happy.
