I have a question.

About pie - do we look for a "R" word that could be a pie?
I found - Is there no room for raspberry sherbet?” Samantha asked.
OR a we looking for something like - Joe ate a piece of apple pie?

message 26: by [deleted user] (new)

What about if we just find the word raspberry without the word pie? Would that still count?

message 27: by JoAnne (new)

JoAnne | 60990 comments Mod
Oh sugar! I passed up all kinds of pie!!

message 28: by Ana (new)

Ana | 259 comments Me too I have a question: as for PLACE, does it have to be a real life place, starting with R, where the plot (or part of it) is set? Or is it ok if the plot is set in a non-real place which starts with R?
I found New Rome in The Son of Neptune, a hidden city for roman demigods.

message 29: by [deleted user] (new)

Thanks for the clarification Sharon. I also have a question about place. How much of the book needs to be set in that place to count? For instance, if most of the book is set in New York but the characters visit Rome for a couple of chapters, would that count?

message 30: by Ana (new)

Ana | 259 comments Yes it counts as N, I just could find an example to explain myself XD Thank you for the clarification <3

Thanks Sharon. I don't actually have a book where anyone goes to Rome but it was the only place I could think of to use as an example! December is the twelfth and final month of the year. In the Western World, it is strongly associated with CHRISTMAS. WINTER (any word associated with the season) - But if I don't want to go anywhere I don't have to, and I can stay at home and eat broccoli and oranges and liquorice laces all the time, or I can play computer games for a whole week, or I can just sit in the corner of the room and rub a pound coin backwards and forwards over the ripple shapes on the surface of the radiator.
