Dawn (eternalalien71) | 43 comments I just read this, for the heck of it. I'd never read a 'prose-poem' before (according to the introduction it seems they're kind of rare), so I thought it might be interesting.

I managed to follow the general gist of it - after all little really actually happens; except for the big, all consuming LOVE! Though some of the metaphorical writing went over my head.

There were many parts that I actually quite liked and enjoyed, but after the 600th outpouring of pain, and saying how she's dead without 'his' love, it became a little irritating.

I ended up feeling like I wanted to slap her and tell her to 'get a grip'.
Worth reading, I guess, but I wouldn't want to do that again!

You probably have more patience than I would, Dawn.
