when, and how, exactly are we doing the reapings?

Ah, you see, Claire. That is an excellent question. When depends on when tribute spaces are at least close to full. (I'm crossing my fingers that that will be soon.) And how remains to be seen! But any way we do things, we'll work it all out together! And I assure you that nobody will be uninformed. :)

Im assuming all the tributes to be reaped are the ones being created?

1. Are all tributes taken?
2. Is there a face claim, or do I need to look through all the characters to make sure my face claim isn't taken?
3. Once your character is created and approved, do you just jump into rp somewhere?
