Granted we haven't quite reached the end of the year, but it's time again to play what were your favorite mystery/crime/thriller novels of 2016?

I'll cobble together a list of favorites shortly but I can definitely say that His Bloody Project by Graeme Macrae Burnet will be at the top of it.

I read The Good Women of China about ten years ago and decided that it was the saddest book that I ever read.

The Leopard by Jo Nesbø

Jennifer S. Alderson (jennifesalderson) | 49 comments Naming one would be impossible! I recently finished Fast Track to Glory and really enjoyed it. It's marketed as a thriller, but to me it was more of a travel mystery and spiritual quest (without getting new agey) rolled into one. I highly recommend it!
