Insatiable
Prince Lestat
Romancing the Inventor

Option 3: approved
The Infernal World of Branwell Brontë
Changing Heaven
Branwell
Under the Wide and Starry Sky
For Option 2, could you verify Sunshine as having the main page genre Vampires? I doubt it's likely to change, but just in case...
I have a question about Option 3. On the list, Branwell Bronte (Patrick Branwell Brontë) is mentioned as another TB sufferer under the entry for Anne and Emily Bronte, but he does not have his own entry on the list. Would you accept a book written about him? I'm wondering if The Infernal World of Branwell Brontë would work.ETA: The same list entry mentions that Charlotte Brontë was a possible sufferer of TB. Would you accept a book written by or about her?
Thanks!

"Yes, the background behind the author name is red
For Option 1: Confirming that this book (actually entire series) is set in Botswana and this book has red on cover

Hi there! Two questions:1) Could you verify Revealers for Paranormal > Vampires?
2) Could you verify Taming the Beast for Adult Fiction > Erotica?
Thank you!

Thank you
There are several different shades of what LOOKS red to me on this cover, but I just wanted to make sure it was ok!

"Yes I'll approve that. I would definitely call the colour in those weird egg-blotchy things red, probably some of the other things too.
Concerned vampire genre will disappear forBlood Red Kiss
and checking the heart-shaped lipstick works as red item. Thanks!

December 1st is World AIDS Day so this task relates to the theme of HIV. Read 2 books. There are three options and you can use two different options or do the same option twice (with conditions noted under each option).
In addition, because World AIDS Day is marked through the wearing of a red ribbon, one of your books must have something red on the cover. It can be any object, big or small, including any titles, text, or backgrounds. REQUIRED: Post the cover and point out the object in your post.
Option 1: The three countries with the highest number of people living with HIV are South Africa, Nigeria, and India. Taking population size into account, the highest rates of HIV are seen in Botswana, Swaziland, and Lesotho.
Read a book set (at least 50%) in one of these six countries, or by an author born in one of these countries. If you choose this option twice you must use two different countries. REQUIRED: If the setting or author's birthplace is not clear from the book's main page or his/her Goodreads biographical information, include a reference or a quote from the book to establish the setting/birthplace.
Option 2: HIV can be transmitted through sex, blood, or (rarely) childbirth.
Read a book with a main page genre of erotica, vampires, or pregnancy. Variations such as ‘erotic fiction’ and embedded genres such as paranormal>vampires are allowed. If you choose this option twice you must use two different genres.
Option 3: Did you know that TB is the biggest cause of death in people with HIV? Many famous writers also suffered from TB, particularly in the 19th century.
Read a book written by or about (must be mentioned in the goodreads description) one of the authors listed on this page: List of Tuberculosis Cases under the Writers and Poets category. If you choose this option twice you must use two different writers.
