Welcome Rohvannyn to the group.

I liked what I saw in the blurb about Quests of the Avatar: Seeking Virtue in the modern world. I think you should read a lovely book by the author of Fountain Head, Atlas Shrugged - Ayn Rand's book The Virtue of Selfishness: A New Concept of Egoism where she details the kind of ideology she shared in the her famous books.

If you are interested, I would like to do a spotlight on you at my blog. Please check out the link to the post about it as per the link below...

David J. Bookbinder (davidbookbinder) | 2 comments Hello, everyone. I'm a psychotherapist, writer, and photographer living and working near Boston, MA. I've recently come out with two books:

In my book Paths to Wholeness: Fifty-Two Flower Mandalas, I distilled the best of what I’ve learned as an artist, writer, and psychotherapist into a unique blend of Flower Mandala images and related essays on 52 fundamental aspects of human experience. Here are links to the print and eBook editions:
Book page: http://transformationspress.org/paths...
Print edition: http://www.amazon.com/dp/0984699406
Kindle eBook: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NAAFU3S
iBooks eBook: http://itunes.apple.com/us/book/id118...

I also created a free, shortened eBook version that includes, among eight others, a chapter on the near-death experience that led me to becoming a psychotherapist:
Kindle eBook: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N1NV2MA
iBooks eBook: http://itunes.apple.com/us/book/paths...

I've also published a new coloring book based on the Flower Mandalas. In my therapy practice, I've come to see that coloring is more than a fad or a diversion. It can also be a mindful activity for many people who might be unwilling to try meditation. I collaborated with artist Mary O'Malley (http://maryomalleyart.com) to create 52 (more) Flower Mandalas: An Adult Coloring Book. That's available here: http://www.amazon.com/dp/0984699422

Reviews appreciated. If you read any of these books and feel inclined to leave a review on Amazon and/or Goodreads, that would be very helpful in getting them out into the world, where I hope they can do some good.

Grover (authorgrover) | 2 comments Hi,
I am a relatively new writer, at least in the fiction arena (@AuthorGrover on Twitter). I am looking to workshop new works with other writers. Not sure how the offline thing works, but I'd be interested in connecting/workshopping with writers of contemporary new adult fantasy (nothing egregious or pointless with respect to erotic scenes, unless they speak to transformation or character flaws etc...), possibly related to tech and the future.
Here is my book (for reference on the type of thing I want to write)

Level-Up with Game Assist

Hit me up if you are willing to trade current a WIP for review. (I am willing to sign NDAs etc.. I completely understand the apprehension about letting your baby go and undergo positive criticism and scrutiny.)

I look forward to reading and working with this group. :)
