Confused about house points. Here is a way to get an explanation.

Hey guys, welcome to Harry Potter Fans group :)

I'm here to clear any doubts and help you to get confortable with our group. In this thread I'm going to do a "quick explanation" (lol) on how House Points works here.

First of all it's very importante that you go to the Sorting Hat thread and announce to everyone in which House you are entering (can be you Pottermore house or you can choose!). Than you go to the thread of you own house and introduce yourself there.

From this time on you started being part of a team and need to help your house to win the tournament.

You can play games on the "House Announcements" section. Every game has it's own explanation on the first topic and generally you make 20 points for each post you do on that topic. I suggest you write it in and at the end of that day you go to "I earned points to (your house here)" and post your amount of points.

You can earn points for you comments too (200 comments = 200 points) and for participating on the "Group Read of the Month".

At the end of the week Julia will post the amount of points of all the houses on the "Weekly Point Update" thread and you can see your house progress.

REMEMBER: in the end of the year all the points will be added and we will see the House Champion ! So have fun and help your house to conquer the Championship !
