Christian started this KDT Group. I heard about it when Kel Kade posted about it (I signed up for the Kel Kade news emails after I finished book 2 and needed to find out about book 3). I also have been posting over on the Amazon discussions.
Having way too much time on my hands to post on the internet, Christian unwisely asked me if I wanted to help Mod this Group. Bwa-hah-haaaaaa! THE POWER!!! Nah... I'm usually way too lazy to want any kind of responsibility (which I told him). But I do get bored and like to start up discussions and help sort things out... and I really, really love the distraction while waiting for KDT Book 3!!! So this has been fun experience.
You all have contributed to some great discussions that I often find lacking elsewhere. It might be the books themselves, since even on the Amazon forum, the discussions were pretty interesting!
Anyway, it's a pleasure to 'know' you all, and I enjoy any and all input. It makes the reading experience even better, and I seriously love reading to begin with!

April ... YOU'RE THE BEST!!! Thank you so much for your time, involvement, and attention to detail. I truly cant say enough about how happy I am to see this group grow and connect. I'll be honest, The last 5 months have been a whirlwind and I have not had much time to post and connect. That being said, its great to see the community we have built around such a fun and different book.
We've grown to almost 60 members in just a few months, POSTED 18 discussion topics, and lots of comments. If ANYONE has any suggestions or requests for this group please let us know.
All the best, Christian

Hi All, I am Tanya. I live in Australia, and love KDT series. I could talk about it for hours lol. I don't really know what else to say, I like to read a lot of different Genres I usually switch Genres after a while because all the books start sounding the same to me. I think that is why I enjoy Fantasy books so much. Because of the world building, and I think writers have more flexibility with their creativity. So there are a lot of unique stories in fantasy genre. That's just my opinion of course.
I am really enjoying the discussions here in this group, and that's about all I have to say :)
Oh, good intros!
Christian-- I really haven't done much. There are just a lot of cool people willing to discuss these books, I don't need to do a thing! :)
Tanya -- I've always wanted to visit Australia! I should probably say where I'm from: Near Los Angeles, CA.
Also, genres... Fantasy is #1 with me, but I joined Goodreads for the M/M Romance Group (so my books here are a bit skewed towards that). I also love SF, Historical Romance, Historical Mysteries, Historical Fiction... (see a trend there? I have degrees in English Lit., hence the reading, History, I love History!, and Art--hmmm! The connection there is that most of my jobs have been doing Fantasy art and Fantasy game art--video and tabletop/ccgs).

Maybe tell us what you liked about KDT and why and if Fantasy is your favorite genre, and what sub-genres or other genres you like to read.
