Drake motioned her towards the couch, and sliding off his jacket tossed it to the bed going to the closet.
She sat down on the couch, pulling the dragon up onto her lap and stroking its spine. He looked okay. He didn't seem sick at all.
((Thank you!))Pulling a few loose tunics from his closet, he tossed them over onto the bed along with a pair of trousers. "To small for me anyway, though you'll still have to use a belt." he added, glancing over at her.
"I've got my own," she said, nodding. The dress was actually okay, because it was clean. Being clean felt so nice and her scalp didn't itch anymore. She smiled and started to unlace the back of the dress then and there, then awkwardly stopped.
Drake dropped the clothes on the bed, suddenly focusing on her trying to change right there in front of him. He shrugged, turning back to the closet un-phased. "I can go wait in the other room," he volunteered, thinking it was the most appropriate thing to do in this situation.
"Yes, please," she said, realizing she'd made him very awkward. She herself never had any private room to change in and had pretty much done it on habitual impulse. "Sorry."
Drake grinned over at her, "hey, you don't know our customs, it doesn't bother me." he assured her, turning and ducking out into the sitting room.
She changed very quickly, running her fingers through her styled hair and mussing it again. His trousers were very loose around her waist. And her belt... was in her new room. Adara quickly improvised, knotting it in the back with a bit of ribbon woven in her shirtsleeve. The tunic overlapped it, anyway, hiding the makeshift dress.
Drake propped himself against the wall, gazing out the window. The view comprised a large mountain, it's peak rising artfully into the still sky. Mist hung about it, catching the sunlight in a light haze.
She entered the room quietly and put a hand on his shoulder from behind. "Hey, are you okay? Thanks for getting me some decent clothes." She bit her lip, glancing out the window. It was almost as if someone had painted something out there, impossible.
Drake jumped slightly, caught off guard at both her sudden presence and physical contact. He blinked rapidly, stepping back. "Oh, I'm fine. Just thinking," he added as an after thought, trying to pass off the moment. He felt suddenly awkward, why had he let her in here again?
"It's really beautiful," she whispered, taking his place at the window when he backed up. She didn't want to cause him discomfort of any kind, so she didn't interfere with his thinking. "I can go, if you want me to." His sudden silence make her feel awkward.
"We should both go," Drake responded going to the other room for his coat. He returned, as somber expression clouding his features. Turning to the door, he strode across the room and opened it for her. "Ladies first," he said gesturing towards the hall.
She nodded. "Where are we going?" She asked, walking through the open doorway. "Do you feel okay?"
((Gotta go.))
((Gotta go.))
((Oki-doki, have fun!))"Yeah, I'm fine," Drake assured her without much enthusiasm. "Let's get to class, we might be a little early, but I want to see if I can catch my brother."
"That sounds fun! I'd love to meet him, if he's anywhere as kind as you are."

"Not exactly," Drake started slowly, "In fact he's pretty much a person most people go out of their way to avoid."

"Oh," she said, blinking a little. She didn't see how someone who hated people so much that they avoided him could possibly be related to the kind man who'd been helping her. "Is there anything I can do to help him?" she asked, running her hands through her hair.

Drake laughed at that, "no. He's his own person," he glanced at her, "in fact you should probably stay away from him. Of not, he'll either run you over or rope you into some devil scheme of his."
She smiled at his laugh. It sounded nice, like someone had dropped a rubber ball off a rocky cliff, and it kept bouncing, defying gravity, even as it fell into darkness. She decided it was a silly thought, but couldn't discarded quite altogether. "Perhaps you're right," she said quietly, "He sounds absolutely terrifying, quite a bit more frightening than any number of the dragons here."
"Yeah," Drake replied distantly. "Sometimes I dont even think i know him, even though im the closest person too him."((ROFL YOUR COMPARISONS!!!!))
She tilted her head. "Maybe he just needs something productive to strive for. I don't know, maybe a hobby in puzzles, or woodcarving?" She sighed, wondering how this boy could trouble his brother so.
Carving his name into peoples flesh you mean? Drake thought internally, "oh yeah... Thats a good idea."((Sorry im at a friends house, ugh))
"Let's just leave it with this warning, you shouldn't go around him unless it's absolutely vital." ((Join class 3 with Weiss, Damon and Alyene?
((Of course! :D))
"So, what class are we going to?" she asked, eager to change the subject from something that disturbed him to something that disturbed him less.

She nodded. "Okay. It sounds like fun!" she smiled up at him.

((Okay, should I post them walking in, maybe just have them in the middle of some random conversation?))
