Sorry, I mean the Goodreads book page that contains the metadata- description, jacket, ratings, comments, etc.

It can be referenced in a couple of ways:
1. Using the "add book/author" link in a comment box, text or cover: Prey
2. Or direct URL https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

Books are generally added by a Goodreads Librarian. Does that clarify?

It was probably the phone app if you were using it - for Trevor's FYI - the phone app for Goodreads does not always display covers - so when you link a book here, it's important to add the title link as well as the cover link, otherwise folks on phones just may not see it at all.

(The phone app sucks in other ways, but that's a big one.)

oh! that's more likely since I've been browsing in bed. lol
And yeah, the phone app is just useful enough to use somewhat but not enough to rely on for anything.
