So what pantheons are involved in this group?

Currently only Greek and the list of gods is under cabin files

You mentioned Magnus and Norse in the group description, so I assume Norse gods will eventually be added. Will the Egyptians?

Norse and Roman will eventually be added. Not sure on Egyptians though

If the whole magician/host premise is the problem, many groups have changed it so they bear demigod children instead.

Would gods be available to be rp'ed as characters?

Yes. Hence the god/goddess under greek characters

How would one go about claiming/making a god?

Fill out the template first. Everything is explained on the second post there and how the process works

So that moderators, mostly me, can see who you think your demigod's parent should be. They are considered along with personality

But then why do we choose the godly parent?

Example taken from Silver:

1. Hades: Silver's favorite god is Hades and Silver has dealt with death and has a hard time getting close to others

2. Thantos: Silver has death following her and gained the nickname Reaper's Favorite

3. Khonie: Silver loves winter and knows how to live through it really well.

Silver thought those were who Silver would best fit under. I found a better fit when she was claimed.

Still confused, the mods pick the godly parent? Or do the members? And if we choose them, then what is the point of listing 3 parent choices?

like I said earlier, the top three choices is to give the mods an idea of who to choose when claiming

Kind of yeah. Camp Half Blood, (eventually) Camp Jupiter, Hotel Valhalla, the Nomes. Plus things we come up for other mythologies like Camp Bua

Just follow any limitations set in the post for the abilities you've picked for your character when roleplaying the character using the ability. It's nothing fancy.
